Fuel PR has been appointed to handle press and publicity in the UK for Los Angeles based make=up brand Profusion Cosmetics. The brand is set to launch its on-trend colour line which specialises in top quality yet affordable products in January 2018. Profusion will initially be launching with four crafted collections in a selection of colour palettes for face, eyes, brows and contouring.
