Q Communications has announced the promotion of Cindy Mearini to Head of Public Relations. In her new role, Mearini will lead the PR clients acquisition efforts of the agency, as well as oversee the management of the team across its UAE offices. Cindy works across clients including Radisson Hotel Group and Aldar Retail.
