Raffles London, The OWO, has appointed Fiona Harris as Communications Director. The hotel, branded residences, restaurants, bars, spa and wellbeing spaces are set to transform luxury London. The OWO will not only be a hotel but a destination for food and drink and wellbeing, located in the heart of London overlooking Whitehall. Fiona was previously Managing Director at Relevance International.
