R+Co to launch NEON LIGHTS Dry Oil Spray

Haircare brand R+Co has announced the launch of its new NEON LIGHTS Dry Oil Spray. The spray enhances shine and softness, illuminates the depth of colour of hair and is entirely silicone-free. The formula contains evening primrose oil to strengthen and nourish hair, olive oil to moisturise and nourish the scalp, andiroba seed oil to smooth hair and tame frizz, and marula seed oil with antioxidants to protect against free radicals.
The NEON LIGHTS Dry Oil Spray will be available to buy for £25 from 1 September online at BeautyRebel.Store. BeautyRebel.Store will be available to purchase from as of 1 September.
