Reach plc is to increase home working as part of its future working arrangements, post-lockdown, across all 110+ titles and 70+ regional Live sites. With the vast majority of Reach colleagues working from home for over a year the company has decided to make it a permanent feature for many colleagues – moving to a combination of office-based, office and home-based and home-based teams.
The company is to move to a hub-based model with 15 large offices or ‘hubs’ located in Belfast, Bristol, Birmingham, Dublin, Cardiff, Glasgow, Newcastle, Hull, Leeds, Liverpool, London (Canary Wharf HQ), Greater Manchester (Oldham), Nottingham, Plymouth and an office in the South East.
Colleagues assigned to hubs will continue working from home until lockdown guidance changes. In the meantime, Reach will be investing in upgrading all hubs to allow for more flexible working.
