Readly has completed the acquisition of Toutabo and announced co-branding with ePresse. Following Readly’s acquisition of Toutabo, the popular digital subscription service ePresse has unveiled a new co-branded name and logo. ePresse has been a part of the Toutabo group since 2015 and offers around 1000 magazines and 300 newspapers.
The ePresse par Readly brand (ePresse by Readly) has now been launched. This name change is designed as a stepping stone into the integration of the two companies as Readly successfully completes the acquisition of Toutabo. The new logo has been designed to represent both companies and will be visible in the app and web page.
