Redefine Management has announced the appointment of Amber Smolders (pictured, left) as digital fashion assistant, and Louise Kiebooms (pictured, right) as constancy assistant. In this role, Amber will be assisting in the management of influencer outreach, influencer gifting, and Redefine social media management. 

Louise will be assisting in the development and management of the consultancy side of the business, will be working directly with brands to manage campaigns run by Redefine Management on the consultancy side of the business. Louise will also working as a legal advisor on all talent and client contracts.
