r.e.m. beauty has launched its first-ever brow collection of shapeshifting brow products, Ultraviolet Expansion Pack. The range includes brow gel, brow pencil, and a 3-in-1 eye stick for brow highlighting, contouring, and all-over shadow. All products are vegan and paraben-free.
