Black Diamond Luxury PR has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for luxury dress hire company RentRockReturn. The brand specialises in designer party and prom dresses for teenagers that each come wrapped in tissue and presented in custom-made boxes. There are 35 dresses to choose from, ranging in sizes from 6-14. RentRockReturn offers customers private appointments in its studio in North London.
