Child PR has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for London-based restaurant Cornish Tiger. Founded by husband and wife duo Sat Bains and Zia Trench, the concept is to serve food that is fresh, high quality at an affordable price. The menu focuses on cuisine combining seasonal modern British dishes and fresh ingredients sourced from Cornwall, with the influences and expansive flavourings of African and Indian culture. The monthly-changing offering compliments an extensive collection of gluten-free beers and vibrant artisan ciders, as well as suggested wine-pairings.
