Robert Clergerie has announced its new Creative Director, David Tourniaire-Beauciel following the announcement of Perry Oosting as CEO in April. These two new appointees welcome a fresh change at the helm of the Parisian footwear brand and bring forward a new chapter of the brand’s signature masculine/feminine footwear. David has a hugely impressive career history having designed footwear for Jean-Paul Gautier, Margiela, Phoebe Philo at Chloe, Riccardo Tisci at Givenchy, Stella McCartney and Denma Gvasalia at Balenciaga. He has gone on to relaunch Salvatore Ferragamo’s footwear collections. Perry Oosting has profound experience wth global luxury brands such as Bulgar, Prada and Gucci, with which he developed a clear understanding of brand management and international development; he has also turned around smaller scale iconic companies, most recently Hasselblad. David has already started working on the Robert Clergerie SS18 collection, with the FW18 collection being his first fully designed collection.
