Little Light PR has been appointed to handle the PR for RUKA Hair. Celebrating black women, RUKA create curls and coils in extensions, perfected to accurately match curl type, using a steam method that accurately shapes extensions. Founded in 2020 on the belief that there needed to be more companies in the hair space that truly understood black women.
