Ruth Mastenbroek to launch Oxford fragrance

British Perfumer Ruth Mastenbroek has announced the launch of her third fragrance, Oxford. The unisex EDP is inspired by her time as a chemistry undergraduate at Oxford in the 1970's and comprises top notes of bergamot, galbanum and basil; heart notes of clary sage, rosemary and jasmine; and base notes of amber, vanilla, vetivert and oudh.
