Socially conscious fragrance house Sana Jardin has unveiled a new BIPOC Founder Mentorship Program as part of its commitment to support social justice and economic inclusion for those affected by systematic racism. The mentorship program is just one of a series of initiatives which is designed to help elevate and support BIPOC founders whilst giving them a wider foundation from which to grow.
Following an application process, Sana Jardin will start the mentoring program with Nomshado Michelle Baca (pictured), the founder of A Complexion Company. The eco-luxury African wellness and clean beauty brand launched two weeks before the UK went into lockdown as a result of Covid-19.
