The recipients of the Scotland Re:Designed (SR:D) Awards have been announced as Cats Brothers (ladieswear - pictured above), Ten30 (menswear) and Silken Favours (accessories). The accolades, supported by Creative Scotlandare now in their second year after the launch last year, which saw Holly Fulton, Kestin Hare and William Chambers Millinery win in their respective categories. The three winners will receive mentoring sessions with Fashion Business Advisor David Watts, who, as well as running his own Fashion Consultancy, has previously mentored and advised Christopher Kane, J.W. Anderson & Jonathan Saunders. The winners will also receive a financial contribution to research the advice given. Scotland Re:Designed's annual exhibition will be held in November this year and applications to exhibit will open nearer the time. Details will be announced at scotlandredesigned.com.
