SEVENTEEN has announced the launch of its new Skin Wow Concealer, which follows the brand's Skin Wow Highlighter. The new concealer brightens and highlights the skin, as well as concealing under eye circles. The Seventeen Skin Wow Concealer is priced at £4.99 and will be available to buy at Boots and Boots.com from 16 March.
