Harriet Lovejoy, previously content coordinator is now lead content coordinator. Laura Black is now managing editor; she was previously deputy editor. Charlotte Collins has been promoted from fashion editor to senior fashion editor and head broadcaster. Finally, Mia Luckie, previously senior marketing manager, is now marketing director.
