Shiseido has appointed Yaël Tuil to the newly created position of VP Global Fragrance Business Excellence for Shiseido EMEA. She previously worked at Coty in various roles, most recently as Group Vice President Marketing, Luxury Divison - European Designer & Lifestyle brands. At Shiseido Yaël's primary responsibility will be to ensure the global fragrance strategy is led and rolled out with a state-of-the-art and consistent mindset through optimized operational marketing, superior commercial excellence and efficient media, digital and PR investments to meet Shiseido's media and long-term objectives. 

This new position is part of the evolution of the fragrance organisation’s governance. In line with this evolution, Audrey Briotet has been named VP Global Fragrance Brands. Audrey joined Shiseido in 2012, as Executive Director, International Business Development for NARS, based in New-York. In her new role, Audrey will lead all Shiseido fragrance brand activities and define the brand-portfolio strategy.
