Gardner previously held the role of Merchandising Director at NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER & THE OUTNET, where she was responsible for the product strategy, and managed the open to buy budget for over one thousand brands. Anna has more than 17 years of experience in the retail industry and is proficient in building and scaling teams to meet large expansion plans, leading them through complex business and operational changes. Prior to joining Net-A-Porter in 2011, Anna started her career at Thomas Pink and Reiss, planning and trading multiple departments across Womenswear and Menswear globally.
