Sparkle PR has been appointed to handle the UK PR and Social Media for Swiss brand Grether’s Pastilles. Grether's Pastilles - designed to benefit the throat and voice - has been made to the same recipe since 1850 and is beloved for its excellent taste and consistency. Grether's come in four different flavours: Blackcurrant/Blackcurrant Sugar-Free, Redcurrant Sugar-Free, Elderflower Sugar-Free, and Blueberry Sugar-Free. 

In addition to this, Rhiannon Pulling, previously at Brodie & Stone, has joined the agency as Senior Social Media and Outreach Executive. The agency has also appointed Beckie Hart as PR Office Administrator.
