Sportsman and trainer James Middleton appoints Charnley Communications as PR

Charnley Communications has announced that it has been appointed to represent sportsman James Middleton. James began his career in fitness playing professional rugby for clubs Harlequins, London Wasps and London Irish. He went on to start in ITV2's Survival of the Fittest and now runs his online fitness coaching platform as well as being the face of Under Armour.
