Antonella Santapa has been appointed as PR Director for SPRING London. Antonella joins the team from Larsson & Jennings, and prior to that served as Account Director at Karla Otto London where she worked across luxury brands such as Givenchy and Valentino. In her new role, Antonella will work across the agency's portfolio of clients, reporting to the CEO Phillip Bodenham.
