Stella McCartney has announced the upcoming launch of her first menswear collection under her eponymous brand label. The new collection will take a modern approach to menswear, encouraging seasonless wardrobing, while adhering to the brand’s responsible and sustainable ethics. Forgoing the usual runway show format, Stella McCartney will reveal her first menswear collection at a fashion presentation in London on 10 November alongside her latest women’s Spring 2017 line. The event will celebrate the upcoming arrival of the collections in stores, early November for womenswear and early December for menswear.
The new men’s collection will be sold to retailers in Paris at the newly relocated Stella McCartney Paris showroom in Saint-Germain des Prés in late June. The range will include fur free and leather free apparel and accessories that will be available at select Stella McCartney boutiques, online at stellamccartney.com, as well as at key wholesale accounts worldwide.
The Stella McCartney Summer 2017 collection for her women’s collection will show as usual during Paris fashion week on 3 October.
Recently the designer launched her latest fragrance POP; which will be available globally in July. Also available in July will be Stella McCartney’s first swim collection.
