Summersby Media to handle the PR and Communications for Wella Professionals Education and Events.
Additionally, Emma Stavrinides, currently Brand and Communications Manager for Wella UK & Ireland, will leave the company after 11 years service. Carmen Mendez-Suso (Cartu) currently Brand PR manager for Wella Iberia will assume interim additional responsibility for the Wella Salon Professional communications in UK & Ireland, until the final succession plan for Emma Stavrinides has been announced. Cartu will remain located in Madrid and travel to UK, as required, and will report into Nicola Lewis, UK Commercial team leader, Prestige Brands and Communications, on the UK matters.
Summersby Media will working alongside Cartu from 11 July until further notice. Talk PR will continue to handle Brand PR across the Wella portfolio for UK and Ireland. All trade press enquiries should be addressed to Summersby Media.
