This month sees the launch of a new way for customers to get on the spot skincare advice when shopping in Superdrug stores. 47 stores across the country have been chosen to launch the Simple Skincare Chatbot where they can get immediate tailored skincare advice while using the messenger app on their phone while shopping. The Chatbot will be live for three months to celebrate the new Simple Limited Edition collection which launches in August.
Designed to help guide shoppers, helping with their skincare questions and provide inspirational skin related looks, the Chatbot is a new way to engage customers and help them find the right skincare products for them. Features include product information, links to Superdrug.com, inspirational looks, tips and how to’s.
