Talent management agency SHFT has launched, providing talent with opportunities both on and offline, from brand collaborations and sponsorship, to book publishing, e-commerce, TV, press and events. 

In response to a lack of all-encompassing representation in the industry, SHFT was founded by Chloë Downes in 2021: “We need more agencies that are diverse in nature and in all aspects of the business. I feel like a lot of agencies are now creating diverse rosters because it's more profitable and signing people to tick boxes but the understanding is only surface level. We sign people because they're amazing at what they do rather than because they will make our agency more diverse”

Efe Efeturi: Menswear enthusiast, filmmaker, lifestyle content creator and vegan, Efe embodies all that is suave. Using his platform to share outfit inspiration, grooming advice and travel photos, Efe has collaborated with a multitude of brands including eBay and Dior Beauty.

Angel Arutura: An anti-racism educator and social activist with a sustainability focus. Having featured on the likes of ITV and BBC News, Angel was named by the Irish Times as one of the “50 people to watch in 2021: The best young talent in Ireland”.
