Sarah Redfern has been appointed Operations Director. Sarah’s role will oversee client and agency strategy across PR, VIP and Influencer, Social Media and Digital Marketing divisions. In addition, Martina D’Alpaos has been promoted from Digital Executive to Senior Digital Executive. Martina is working across fashion, beauty and lifestyle clients including Shian Nails, Hand & Lock and Mother Reusables.
