Hanna Rose Smith has been appointed Head of Community at fashion and homeware brand Ted Baker. This role brings together the functions of PR and Social Media, where Hanna will lead the new community team to drive customer engagement, brand awareness and advocacy with influencer activity and campaigns, social media, PR coverage and press outreach.
Hanna was previously Senior PR, Influencer & Social Media Manager at Debenhams and has held roles at House of Fraser and agencies including In+Addition, and ThreeSixty.
