Dominique Ayling has been appointed PR Account Manager at The CAN Group. Dominique joins after 17 years with Express Newspapers, most recently editing TV Life and Hot TV. She will be working across the accounts Forever Sewing, Dr Mark Buddha, 3D Lip, John Caudwell, and Carolyn Radford.
