The Carmen by Samantha Soft Touch Heated Rollers to launch

Carmen has announced the launch of The Carmen by Samantha Soft Touch Heated Rollers, which will be available in September at the Autumn Fair. The heated rollers have been designed with easy-clip grips to simplify the curling process and heat up in two minutes. The keratin coated 10 piece sets will contain larger rollers to create voluminous styles and smaller rollers for tighter curls. The heated rollers will form part of the new-look 12-piece Carmen by Samantha range.
