The Caterer has announced that Emma Lake has returned from maternity leave to resume her role as assistant editor. Caroline Baldwin, who was covering, is now features and special projects editor supporting the magazine’s news and features content. Her role will also involve organising a number of the magazine’s in-person and digital events, while focusing on the development of new editorial projects and opportunities.
