Toby Evans has been appointed Interim Publisher, on a short-term contract, at The Chelsea Magazine Company. Toby will be covering Caroline Scott whilst she completes her maternity leave. Toby will assume overall publishing responsibility for The English Home and The English Garden. Toby has worked in magazines for 20 years. He was previously brand publisher and digital lead at Marie Claire and InStyle and subsequently digital director of Time Inc’s Fashion & Beauty Group.
