The Dowal Walker Agency has announced the following team changes and account win.

Andrew Perera, previously Global Communications Director at PZ Cussons Beauty, joins the Senior Management team at The Dowal Walker Agency as Associate Director on a consultancy basis and will be overseeing the transition of the communications strategies for the PZ Cussons Beauty brands alongside the internal teams. Andrew will also support the Senior team on new business opportunities.

Olivia Pasmore joins the agency as Group Publicist. With over seven years’ experience and having recently returned to the UK from Australia, Olivia has worked with an array of beauty and consumer brands, having previously held positions at: Ogilvy (Australia), Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare and TALK PR. Olivia will be working across: St.Tropez, Charles Worthington, Stila Cosmetics, Beautyblender and iiaa.

In addition, The Dowal Walker Agency has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for anti-ageing skincare brand VENeffect. Founded by sisters Rebecca Booth, M.D., a gynaecologist and hormonal wellness expert, and Cecil Booth, a beauty industry expert, VENeffect preserves and restores the glow of healthy skin by targeting the effects of hormonal ageing with plant-based phytoestrogens to inspire skin to peak vitality.
