Chloe Howells has joined The Dowal Walker Agency as Influencer Relations Manager. Chloe previously worked at VIP Marketing Agency; Project X. In her new role, Chloe will manage and support influencer activation and strategy across a range of clients including Biossance, Stila and Cochine.
