Harriet Hunt Communications has been appointed to handle the UK press and publicity for The Lodge Rio. Conceived exclusively for the Games by specialist event production and consultancy firm NP+Co, The Lodge Rio occupies Solar Real, a colonial mansion in the Santa Theresa region. It comprises private rooms, terraces, a pool and extensive gardens available for corporate and private client events for a maximum of 600 guests.
