VJW Communications has been appointed to handle all PR - including a press trip programme this autumn - for The Quarter Life Health Project, a new retreat experience designed for 20-30 somethings to equip them with the tools to lead a happy and healthy life. Set in the region of Andalusia on Spain's southern coast, The Quarter Life Health Project concept promotes self-reflection on the deepest level, inviting guests to step into their true power and highest potential. Founder Stephanie Kazolides brings together an all female team of experts in life coaching, yoga, meditation and naturopathic nutrition to guide guests through the programme and tackle issues around anxiety, stress, depression, healthy eating and body confidence.
