The Sun has announced a series of promotions at showbiz print and online operation Bizarre following Dan Wotton's promotion to executive editor. Simon Boyle has been promoted to Bizarre editor. Andy Halls has been appointed the new editor of Bizarre TV, and Stuart Pink will become the new showbiz features editor. Simon, Andy and Stuart are all internal appointments, having previously worked under Dan. Simon will edit the paper’s daily double-page showbiz spread and follow in the footsteps of former Bizarre editors including Piers Morgan, Gordon Smart and Sun on Sunday editor Victoria Newton.
