The Sun has announced the appointments of Sam Walker, James Flanders, Olivia Marshall, and William Nott as consumer reporters. Holly Mead has been promoted from deputy consumer editor to deputy head of consumer. Lynsey Barber has been promoted to assistant head of consumer, she was previously senior consumer reporter. Ashley Armstrong, previously retail editor at The Times, has joined as business editor.
