The Telegraph today announced it has restructured its fashion team to reflect its commitment to premium, agenda-setting features, interviews, shopping and shoots which engage and inspire readers. All members of the fashion desk will work across all print, digital and social channels, with a bespoke, multi-platform approach.
The Telegraph's award-winning fashion team is overseen by Jane Bruton, deputy editor and director, lifestyle. Hattie Brett is the deputy lifestyle director.
In a series of fashion team changes:
Lisa Armstrong, Fashion Journalist of the Year at the British Press Awards, becomes head of fashion and style; Maya Zepinic has become fashion director, creating shoots across The Telegraph’s magazine portfolio; Sophie Warburton has been appointed style director, overseeing and contributing to visual content across all platform; Bethan Holt, Digital Writer of the Year at the BSME Talent Awards, has been appointed fashion news and features director, overseeing and contributing to written content across all platforms; Emily Cronin, Victoria Moss (currently on maternity leave) and Charlie Gowans-Eglinton have been appointed senior fashion editors; Caroline Leaper has been appointed fashion editor; Carla Bradley remains fashion production editor; Olivia Buxton Smith remains style writer and Krissy Turner remains fashion co-ordinator.
The fashion team restructure comes hot on the heels of the launch of The Telegraph’s dedicated Fashion Unzipped podcast which brings insight and opinions from the fashion and lifestyle team’s hottest stories, as well as chat and discussion about what they’re wish-listing, wearing and talking about.
