Elişa Roche has been appointed group food director at TI Media across all food content. Elişa started her career as a chef, trained by Jamie Oliver, before becoming an editor on national newspapers and magazines. She recently returned to cook in some of London’s best kitchens before taking up this role. Elişa is keen to hear about food and drinks books, including classic reissues, exciting new ingredients, tableware, kitchen gadgets, food and drinks influencers, events, partners for video content and PRs with celebrity clients who have a secret passion for all things food.
