Top sustainable brands within fashion and sports revealed

Waste management specialists, Reconomy, has analysed data acquired from Corporate Knights' Top 100 Most Sustainable Companies, along with You Gov highest-ranked companies, to discover which companies are pledging the most for a sustainable future. 157 companies have been analysed across 13 different industries, to calculate the biggest sustainable giant. To this Reconomy utilised a cross-referenced format, analysing information from Twitter and Linkedin accounts and the individual business strategies.
In fashion and sports brands, Reconomy discovered that:
- PUMA appear 3rd across all industries with 238 sustainable mentions
- Fashion brands Burberry, Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren have a combined total of 392 sustainable mentions
- Fashion Brands overall have 663 sustainable mentions
- The top 3 sports brands PUMA, Superdry and JD Sports have a combined total of 472
- Sports brands overall have made 716 sustainable mentions.
