Berlin-based fashiontech startup INSELBERG has been acquired by Ubooker. Ubooker is an online platform for model booking. Founded in 2015, INSELBERG is an automated marketplace platform for models, influencers and clients. The acquisition represents a strategic move to strengthen Ubooker's role in revolutionising the way models are booked worldwide.

The combined entity will operate under the Ubooker brand and provide its services across Europe and the US, with headquarters in London.
