Urban Retreat leaves Harrods

Hair and beauty salon, Urban Retreat, has announced that it will be leaving Harrods on April 22. From April 23, Harrods will be taking beauty services in-house and will open Harrods Hair & Beauty salon, along with Café on 5 on the Fifth floor as part of their Redefining Luxury vision.
Harrods has confirmed there will be no immediate changes to salon services and prices. The existing Urban Retreat team will transfer to work with Harrods and ensure that customers receive the same standard of care and expertise at the new in-house salon.
Urban Retreat vouchers will no longer be available to purchase after the April 22 and Harrods have confirmed they will honour any valid, unredeemed vouchers. Furthermore, all deposit and account credits will be carried forward to Harrods.
The Urban Retreat app is no longer offering booking requests, however the reservations team will continue to accept bookings and enquiries until 6pm, Friday April 20.
