Freelance journalist Chris Stokel-Walker has announced the launch of a new online publication with Medium. FFWD will focus on YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. It will look at trends in digital video platforms and explain the wider impact on society and how this shifts the way we work, earn money, and spend our time. 

As editor, Chris will work with a variety of journalists covering the online video space. Chris is the author of YouTubers: How YouTube Shook up TV and Created a New Generation of Stars, He has also worked with BBC News and The Economist.
