We Are Lucy has been appointed to handle the PR for London hair extension salon Vixen & Blush. Founded in 2012 the salon is dedicated to creating custom-made hair extensions for each client. In developing its own in-house techniques and focusing on a fully bespoke service, Vixen & Blush have become well established in the industry and have launched its new salon in Rathbone Square London.
