Platform Creative has been appointed to handle the PR for new sustainable footwear brand Voylok. Voyloks are inspired by traditional Russian valenki, felt boots that have been made and worn by families in the North for over a century. Voylok boots are made with wool and hot water, with no seams or stitches, no dyes, no waste. Felting wool is a zero-waste production method that dates back to pre-history and is made possible by skill rather than technology. Each pair comes with a recyclable rubber overshoe that can be easily slipped on and off, making your Voylok’s suitable for both indoor and outdoor wear. 

The brand will launch online on 15 February.
