Last night Walpole revealed the 2016 selections for its Brands of Tomorrow programme. The winners were announced last night (18 January) in the Abraham Lincoln room at The Savoy. The programme provides the 12 chosen brands with bespoke learning, under the mentorship of dynamic leaders from some of Britain’s finest luxury brands (Thomas Pink, Harrods, Bremont, The Savoy, Rolls Royce and Alexander McQueen among others). Via carefully tailored learning including one-to-one tutelage from industry leaders and a year-long workshop schedule, selected brands are also given access to Walpole’s established membership of over 160 brands, including Britain's most prestigious brands and cultural institutions. The winners are: Cotemporary womenswear brand The Fold; global urban cycling brand Blaze; London-based luxury handbag brand Milli Millu; Half Hitch Gin; product designer Richard Brendon; British skincare brand Aurelia Probiotic Skincare; sunglasses brand Cubitts; activewear brand Monreal London; luxury bathing brand Noble Isle; bedding brand Penrose Products; Solomon & Wu; and wooden lighting designer Tom Raffield.
