Its mission is to standardise trauma-aware practice within the health and wellbeing industry, avoiding the costs associated with continued professional development. ARK’s mission is to connect and empower practitioners through a network of experts, workshops and peer-to-peer sessions, spanning yoga, goal-setting, breathwork, trauma awareness, business leadership and more.
