The new channel creates inspirational content from a network of professional coaches, trainers and experts specialising in caring for mental and physical health. The videos have been filmed globally in destinations including Costa Rica, Mexico, Bali, Ireland and Ibiza to reflect how the wellbeing community is thriving and accessible during challenging times.
