Wellness journalist Suzanne Duckett has announced the launch of The Bathe Podcast. The podcast has been created to celebrate the release of her new book Bathe. Suzanne has invited special guests to join her in immersive experiences: discovering the power of bathing from the intensity and purification of the Russian Banya to the healing, grounding benefits of a mud Rasul and the emotional harmony of a sound bath.
The podcast series 1 launched at the end of January and has 6 episodes. Guests include: Liz Earle, Melissa Hemsley, Rosemary Ferguson, musicians Ward Thomas, Women’s Health editor Claire Sanderson and personal trainer Louise Parker.
